1. Learn a skill. Skills are in high demand right now.
2. Do not play with marketing if you run your own business. You spend money to make money.
3. Be consistent. Consistently pursue your goal and watch every limitations bow for you.
4. Revisit the drawing board. That is to say you can't keep doing something a certain way that has not been working and then you keep expecting change. Go back to that goal, plan and tweak it a bit, that might just be the charm you need.

I got a call from a man residing in Owerri. He didn't find me on Facebook but on Google business while searching for Cake shops in Satellite Town. We also have a presence on Google My Business.

This guy wanted a cake for his girlfriend residing in Lagos. When we spoke I was just saying good afternoon ma because he had a feminine voice, it was so feminine. I had to apologize for mistaking him to be a female and he was "I get that a lot, it's fine"...

To cut the long story short we delivered his cake to the only sugar in his tea and need I say he was so happy that he got value for his money and was able to surprise his girlfriend without stories that touches the heart

Good day all, how are you doing guys?

Who dey breathe for this one week long mid term break in Lagos!?

I bring you this simple recipe: making meat pie. You can make it with your children to keep their hands busy.

This recipe is a bestseller o! You won't regret making it. You can try it in your pastry business

You see, a tasty meat pie starts from the buttery flaky crust, you need to get it right so once you put the delicious filling in it, it's a banger

Ingredients for meat pie crust
Flour 6cups
Butter. 400g
Sugar 2 table spoon
Baking powder. 1 table spoon
Salt 1 table spoon
Eggs. 2 eggs
Cold water. 1 cup

Add flour, butter, mix well until crumb like, as in the video.

Then add sugar, baking powder and salt.

Then whisk two eggs and add in, add water but by bit ( you may not need the whole one cup depends on your flour)

Knead for 5 minutes

Wrap in a cling film and chill for 30 minutes.
