Job Title: Digital Marketer Full-time.

Summary: We are looking for a Digital Marketer for a fast-growing food service company, to plan, develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing
campaigns across all platforms.

Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage all social media accounts and pages.
● Implementing a social media strategy that will align with the brand’s business goals.
● Communicating and engaging with social media followers and responding to their queries on time.
● Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
● Utilizies analytics to understand consumer impression and make recommendations for new strategies.
● Interact with the various teams and departments to help build impactful social media plans that benefit all facets of the business.
● Pitch social-media story ideas to the team and keep everyone apprised of relevant trends.
● Develop a creative social media content calendar on a monthly or quarterly basis.
● Find creative ways to maximize content across platforms and media types.
● Report social media performance through weekly, monthly and often per campaign analytics.
● Regularly produces content aligned with the business brand.

Qualification and Skills:
● A BSc. degree in relevant disciplines.
● Work experience in Digital Marketing, more than 5 years preferably but not mandatory.
● Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
● Advance social media knowledge and optimization.
● Managing Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing and marketing database.
● Possess a good understanding of the Lagos food service industry.
● Excellent people skills and writing skills.
● Good organisational skills and project management skills.
● Strong data analytical skills and being able to draw insights.
● Must be tech-savvy, able to give reports and presentations to the board.

Work as a manager at fast-growing food service company, working with a team of industry experts to create and sustain an efficient operation that delivers competitive value.

Qualification and Skills:
A BSc. degree in relevant disciplines
Experience in management, more than 5 years preferably but not mandatory.
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
Goal and result oriented.
Possess a good understanding of the Lagos food service industry.
Excellent people skills, must possess effective written and oral communication skills.
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Good analytical skills, problem-solving and being able to think independently.
Should be tech-savvy, able to use Microsoft and a Point of Sale system efficiently, write reports and give presentations to the board.

Responsibilities:
Team lead responsible for the smooth running of a lounge/food delivery service.
Overseeing the organisation's sales and marketing efforts; set sales and revenue targets, manage growth, coordinate strategy, attract new business and drive customer retention.
Data management; develop an efficient customer database that provides insight on consumer behaviour and keeps the business on the cutting-edge.
Manage existing partnerships and develop new ones.
Customer relationship management.
Staff training and development, assessment and evaluation.
Facility management, preventive maintenance of equipment and repairs.
Ensure the lounge and kitchen meet the expected safety and health standards at all times.
