Yesterday I hosted my first Funshop ( workshop). It was a Cupcake Workshop. We had a fantastic time, baking, learning, laughing and having fun with cupcakes and icing. Hence the name Funshop. Thanks to the amazing ladies who attended my event and made it extra special. I am very proud of each lady. The most beautiful creations was made and you should all be very proud of yourself. It was a great success and I cannot wait to inform you when the next workshop will be.

Today I catered for Dutch clients, who wanted a South African taster menu for dinner. The interesting twist was, it must be vegetarian 🤔, and that is a challenge for 99% of South Africans, as our staple food is meat 🤣. But after lots of thinking and planning I was able to make a menu even I would love and eat. I must say, it was fun being challenged a bit, I taught myself some new skills and I am very proud of the results.

Beautiful sweet 16 birthday cake for such a beautiful young lady. It was an honor 💗
Fluffy vanilla cake with caramel filling and buttercream frosting. Sweet as can be, but deliciously sweet off course.
