Meet Bingo 🐮

The newest member of the BLUEY’S family.

A few years ago, we adopted Bluey at our local dairy farm, De Groene Griffioen which supplies the fresh milk for our coffees.

Fast forward, Bluey became a mom and we couldn’t resist adopting her calf too.

Meet Faye!

One of our team members at BLUEY’S Oost 💙

If you’ve been here before, chances are you’ve seen Faye behind the bar, working service, and recently, also making beautiful latte’s behind the coffee machine.

Always smiling, very creative, ambitious and the kind of person that makes every person walking through the door, feel welcome. She’s one of those teammates you can really lean on, which is so special for someone so young.

When she’s not at BLUEY’S, she’s probably traveling somewhere around the world, or busy planning her next trip.

Fun (random) fact about Faye: she’s crazy about mustard soup. Who can relate? 👇🏼

The grab&go sandwiches in our deli in Oost, or from the counter in Zuid, are the solution.

Fresh sourdough, generously topped with high-quality ingredients you won’t easily find in a supermarket.

Our current favorite: Creamy Paprika: whipped feta, grilled paprika, pickled onion, arugula & tomato chutney 🍅

If you’ve been to BLUEY’S before, you probably know that we have a Sydney-inspired brunch menu, all made from scratch, no prefab, no shortcuts.
