New sake available by the glass👌🏻
🍶Talking’ Loud and Sayin’ Something - limited brew with special yeast from Mie prefecture, producing a lot of malic acid. Fresh, acidic, juicy apple🍏 Perfect late summer treat.
🍶Ryusei Muku Kimoto - Kimoto style (ancient sake brewing method without adding yeast). Made with Omachi rice. Rich in umami.
🍶Mutsu Hassen Hanaomoi Junmai Daiginjo. Fruity, rich and aromatic daiginjo made from Hanaomoi rice which is a cross-breed between the famous Yamadanishiki sake rice and the more local Hana Fubuki sake rice.
