*SPECIAL GUESTS* Social Sunday with Neighborhood Ramen🔥🙌🏼 On Sunday 11th of August we have special guests from . They are currently on a jurney of moving their ramen shop from Philadelphia to Tokyo and made a brief stop in Amsterdam.

We stick to our Social Sunday tradition, so all day a la carte extended lunch. Our Guests are preparing 2 different bowls, one traditional with meat & one vegan. Chef Jakub is taking care of the extra dishes. The actual menu will be revealed on Friday 9th of August via our social media. Open 13:00-19:30 (LO18:30). Reservations & waiting list via our website. We also keep 8 counter seats and 8 terrace seats (if weather allows) for walk in all day.

We are very excited for this collaboration and look forward to welcoming you❤️

New sake available by the glass👌🏻

🍶Talking’ Loud and Sayin’ Something - limited brew with special yeast from Mie prefecture, producing a lot of malic acid. Fresh, acidic, juicy apple🍏 Perfect late summer treat.

🍶Ryusei Muku Kimoto - Kimoto style (ancient sake brewing method without adding yeast). Made with Omachi rice. Rich in umami.

🍶Mutsu Hassen Hanaomoi Junmai Daiginjo. Fruity, rich and aromatic daiginjo made from Hanaomoi rice which is a cross-breed between the famous Yamadanishiki sake rice and the more local Hana Fubuki sake rice.
