My cooking has always been about bringing different influences together Caribbean flavours, the Bijlmer that raised me, familiar dishes on familiar soil and my own way of reimagining them.

For this edition of Beats, Books & Bites, that comes together in a menu built around small bites, sharing and storytelling.

From Kippeling & Bake to Shrimp & Funchi familiar flavours, told a little differently.
