Regrettably, after careful consideration and evaluation, we have made the difficult decision to close this location. We understand that this may come as a surprise, especially since we recently announced our anticipated reopening. However, we believe it is crucial to prioritise your comfort and dining experience above all else.

Over time, we have encountered challenges related to the current facilities and the impact of the weather conditions on our ability to provide you with the level of service. Consequently, we have decided to seek a new, more accessible location with enhanced ventilation and superior facilities.

We’ve started searching for a new home, where we can welcome you back in the near future, and are committed to reopening our doors as soon as possible to see you once again. We will keep you informed every step of the way, so please stay connected with us through our updates here.

We are grateful for your support throughout our time at this location. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transitional period. We’re looking forward to serving you again at our brand new restaurant!

Introducing the Mega Ramen Challenge, featuring an enormous bowl of noodles that is four times larger than a regular serving, potentially making it the biggest ramen in all of Europe. Can you conquer it within 30 minutes? If you succeed, you'll be rewarded with a €50 coupon!

Calling all food enthusiasts and those with hearty appetites! This limited-time event has been specially designed for you. Don't wait too long to take on the Mega Ramen Challenge!

- To win, you must finish all the soup, noodles, and toppings, and completely empty the bowl within the given time, without any assistance from others. The challenge fee is €30.
- Please note that KAZE Ramen House cannot be held responsible for any physical conditions that may occur during or after the challenge. Take on this endeavor at your own risk.
- If you are unable to finish the entire bowl, you are welcome to take the remaining portion home with you.
- The €50 coupon will be valid starting from your next visit and will expire two months from the date of issuance.
- The Mega Ramen includes four portions of noodles, accompanied by cabbage, green onions, raw onions, seaweed, gyoza, deep-fried shrimp, carrots, chicken cutlets, and minced chicken. The soup base is shoyu, but we can accommodate your preference by changing it to miso or shio upon request.

🍚 Discover a Hidden Staff Favorite: Our Irresistible "Ramen Don"! 🌟

Here at our establishment, we take immense pride in not only satisfying our valued customers but also keeping our hardworking staff well-fed and content. Today, we want to let you in on a little secret—a dish cherished by our team—a delightful creation we fondly call the "Ramen Don"!

A comforting rice bowl, generously topped with an array of ingredients inspired by our beloved ramen recipes. We've combined the goodness of ajitama (ramen eggs), succulent paitan chicken, soy sprouts for a delightful crunch, spring onions to add a touch of freshness, wakame seaweed for its gentle flavors, and kikurage mushrooms, each contributing its own unique texture.

We're excited to announce that in addition to our Tonkotsu Paitan Ramen, we've added a new vegan side dish to our menu: the "Vegan Ball"! This dish is a plant-based take on the classic Takoyaki, topped with leek, spring onion, and vegan takoyaki sauce and mayo, but without octopus obviously.

Calling all Tonkotsu Ramen enthusiasts in the Amsterdam area!

We are thrilled to introduce our new seasonal menu at KAZE Ramen House - Tonkotsu Paitan Ramen! This dish is the perfect combination of traditional tonkotsu ramen mixed with our original KAZE twist.

Our homemade tonkotsu paste and signature creamy chicken broth come together to create a rich, flavorful soup. We then top it off with spring onion, soy sprout, onion chips, wakame seaweed, paitan chicken, takana, kuro mayu (black garlic/sesame oil), and dried seaweed.

The result is a delicious, mouthwatering bowl of ramen that's perfect for any time of the day. This limited-time seasonal menu is available for a short period only, so don’t wait too long!

We've had several customers asking about our super spicy ramen, which we used for our spicy challenge but unfortunately is no longer available. So, we would like to remind you that we do have a spicy paste option as an extra topping, in addition to our existing spicy miso ramen on the menu.

By adding this topping to any shio or shoyu ramen, you can create your own spicy ramen. And if you're feeling brave, you can always try adding two portions of the spicy paste for an extra kick.

The photo is our Noukou Shio Ramen with ajitama and spicy paste - a delicious combination that we're sure you'll enjoy. Come and visit us for a satisfying and spicy ramen experience!
