Cucina Casalinga is een Italiaans restaurant aan de Stadionweg 271 in Amsterdam. In onze huiselijke keuken worden dagelijks authentieke Romeinse en Italiaanse gerechten bereid. Opgericht rond 2000 als traiteur en cateringzaak, is Cucina Casalinga gedurende de jaren uitgegroeid tot een bekend huiskamerrestaurant in het hartje van Oud Zuid, waar iedereen zich even in Italië kan wanen. Met een enthou

siaste keuken en een warme bediening, is dineren in Cucina Casalinga een garantie voor een mooie avond. Het restaurant biedt plaats aan ongeveer 30 gasten en is open van woensdag tot en met zaterdag, vanaf 17:30 uur. He Wednesday, January 21, for one exclusive evening, two chefs, two kitchens and two visions of contemporary Italian cuisine come together for a true four-hands dinner.

On one side, @ , with the warm, instinctive, memory-driven cuisine of Cucina Casalinga.
On the other, of , known for his refined technique and precise, modern approach.

Chef takes 3rd place at "NK Lekkerste Pasta 2025", during Horecava 🇮🇹🍝

A competition that celebrates true pasta lovers, homemade craft, and the courage to put your dish in front of the judges. Among some of the most passionate talents in the Netherlands, Lorenzo brought technique, heart, and respect for tradition to the plate.

This result is not just a podium.
It’s recognition of daily work, flour on hands, patience, and belief in honest Italian cooking.

Lorenzo just took first place in the Federazione Italiana Cuochi contest for the Benelux, sponsored by Provolone Valpadana. His dish was a white-meat main course where provolone became the real star, crafted with technique, soul and pure Italian hands.
