MOJO JAPANESE KITCHEN AT HORECAVA 2023 🧡

We would like to thank and for inviting us to “Trip through Vegan Asia” 🌱

We are very grateful to present the Japanese cuisine in this event, as we strive for more accessibility for people with a vegan lifestyle at our restaurants.

Last year we introduced more vegan dishes to our menu like the Vegan Salmon Maki and Vegan Salmon Ceviche 🍣. However, this is yet the beginning. We hope to introduce more vegan dishes in 2023 😊🌱

At Horecava we introduced the dish: Vegan Prawn Maki. Crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. Accompanied with an avocado sauce 🥑🍤

Try our new dishes, such as the Grilled Salmon Prawn Maki, Japanese Cordon Blue, and the Truffel Coquille Maki 😋 We also added more vegetarian options, such as the Vegan Salmon Nigiri and Sweet Potato Maki 🌱
