Yesterday we gathered around the table for a first tasting. Today, we’re proud to introduce our new menu.

For over twenty years, Noordelicht has stood at the meeting point of water, industry, nature and culture. A place shaped by its surroundings and the people who gather here.

Our new menu is inspired by four elements that define both our landscape and our kitchen:
🌱 Earth — the vegetables, herbs and seasonal harvests that connect us to the land.

🔥 Fire — the warmth of the grill, craftsmanship and the energy that brings people together.

🌊 Sea — a tribute to the waters that surround us and the ingredients they provide.

❤️ Love — the final element, found in hospitality, shared moments and the sweetest ending to every meal.

Created by Chef Ernesto Sommer Lopez and our kitchen team, this new chapter celebrates seasonal ingredients, Mediterranean influences and honest cooking that lets great produce speak for itself.

Saturday the 13th we host Tropikali at noorderlicht, a day and night filled with music, connection, creativity, and celebration. But above all, a festival where everyone should have the opportunity to be part of the experience.

At Tropikali, we believe the dancefloor belongs to everyone: a space where people can feel free, connect, and truly be themselves, regardless of their financial situation, gender identity, or life circumstances.

Unfortunately, many people simply cannot afford a festival day like this. That’s why we created the Tropikali Solidarity Program in 2018: to make sure that those who normally couldn’t attend still have the chance to celebrate, dance, and be part of the magic.

With your support, we can create a beautiful experience for our solidarity guests.
