Rhubarb, at its best 🌸

For us, everything starts with seasonal products. When the first rhubarb arrives, that’s where the thinking begins.

Chef Henrique prefers desserts that don’t lean on sweetness, but on balance. This one is fresh, slightly sharp and layered, with a soft almond cream bringing everything together, letting the ingredients speak for itself.

Spring has arrived at de Waaghals!

And we’re celebrating it the best way we know how: with food. On April 14th, 15th and 16th we’re hosting Taste of Spring: a 5-course menu (€68 per person) filled with the freshest flavours of the season. Think green peas, wild garlic, rhubarb and other bright, vibrant ingredients that only come around this time of year!

You can pair the menu with a wine pairing, or try something new with our non-alcoholic pairing, a selection of house-made infusions, juices, teas and kombucha.

We’ll be bringing spring into the restaurant with seasonal flowers, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.

Reservations are now open (and limited). A €35 deposit per person is required to secure your table. We’d love to have you join us! 🌱

A special Valentine’s edition with a fully plant-based, seasonal menu. Choose between 3, 4 or 5 courses, enjoy carefully selected wines, special bottles and a Valentine’s cocktail made just for the occasion.
