Dear all,

First of all I want to apologise for not being in touch with you for a while, I have been in Mexico for a few months in due to my father's illness and thank god he is feeling better now, still fighting with the last battle of cancer but improving gradually.

Whilst I was in Mexico I took the opportunity of studying a Master Tequilier Diploma to become an expert on Tequila processes and procedures, also to become a professional Tequila taster so I am looking forward to teach and pass the knowledge on how to taste and enjoy our identity drink in a way that you never tasted before.

We will be organising Tequila - Pairing events soon, keep in touch :) and thanks for your patience :) :)

For those who missed the POP up Location last week, we will be opening every Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 10pm at Bellamystraat 4, 1053 BL in front of the Foodhallen, just next to the breakfast club. Also this Sunday join us at the Neighbourfood Market from 12pm to 18pm
