One of the familiar faces on the floor: Diogo Caetano.

Originally from the south of Portugal, Diogo has always felt at home near the sea—and it shows in his love for fish and seafood.

He began his journey 15 years ago in hotel school, where he quickly fell in love with the craft of hospitality. After working in several resorts back home, he moved to the Netherlands in 2017, joining NH Collection’s The White Room before continuing at nhow RAI.

Now part of the Vermeer team, he brings precision and passion to every service.
