Sometimes you find yourself in moments you just can’t believe are real. This weekend has truly been one of the best of my life — filled with amazing people, incredible food, zero sleep, and unforgettable experiences.

Taking part in Texas Open Fire Meetup was already a dream come true… but becoming a finalist and finishing in 3rd place? Absolutely unreal. 🔥💪

As some of you already know, this account will change from the restaurant page for Colibrí Cocina Mexicana to the page of chef Max Wandt, chef and owner of former restaurant Colibrí Cocina Mexicana.
From this platform I will do all the communication of my professional life as a chef and the events coming up. Besides working in a kitchen, I will be continuing doing pop-ups, events, caterings and private dining. There are a lot of cool projects coming up, so I will keep everyone posted!
