Dear friends of Pure C,

Today, we say farewell to Pure C, a place that's been more than just a restaurant in my life for 15 incredible years.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pure C has proudly showcased Zeeland's finest produce and its reputation extended far beyond horizons, leaving a permanent mark in the culinary world.

From a seaside brasserie to a fine dining destination, the restaurant has evolved on the waves of the tides, shaping careers and culinary experiences. I am immensely proud and very grateful of all who have joined me on this incredible ride!

As we close this chapter, I carry memories of the people and the place and anticipate on new culinary adventures. Pure C's legacy lives on in the hearts of our guests and in the culinary world.
