Struin op zondag 10 mei door een sfeervolle vintage markt in het Werkwarenhuis in Den Bosch, vol unieke handmade, preloved en upcycled treasures. Van kleding, tassen en accessoires tot bijzondere interieurvondsten: er is voor iedere stijl en elk budget iets te ontdekken. Geniet van een hapje en drankje op het zonnige terras en laat je meevoeren door fijne vinyl beats van de DJ. De entree is gratis, dus kom langs en vier samen de lente!

In september vorig jaar vonden de jury bijeenkomsten van het gloednieuwe programma A Beautiful Mess deels plaats in het Werkwarenhuis Van Aken in het Werkwarenhuis en Social label Lab. Deze nieuwe fashioncompetitie van BNNVARA gepresenteerd door Carice van Houten is vanaf vrijdag 3 april te zien op NPO Start. Hierin daagt presentatrice Carice van Houten acht BN’ers uit om de beste ‘secondhand stylist’ te worden door het maken van outfits met uitsluitend tweedehandskleding. Met dit programma wil zij laten zien hoe gemakkelijk het is om een klein steentje bij te dragen aan een betere wereld. A Beautiful Mess als laagdrempelig klimaatactivisme.

Het programma A Beautiful Mess is een nieuwe fashioncompetitie van BNNVARA, gepresenteerd door Carice van Houten. Acht bekende Nederlanders maken outfits met uitsluitend tweedehandskleding. Het programma is vanaf 3 april te zien op NPO Start.

The 4th edition of the Porto Design Biennale proposes this shift in perspective, considering time as a shared resource and design as a political tool capable of building fairer, more participatory, and sustainable worlds. It thus imagines a present not as a crisis
to be overcome, but as an active space of shared possibilities.

The exhibition TIME IS PRESENT. Designing the Common presents itself as a transdisciplinary laboratory for projects and practices of spatial justice, capable of generating forms of organisation, collaboration, and care oriented towards the shared well-being of living beings and the environment.

How many times you heard “I didn’t have time”?



Time is present, not as a point between past and future, but as the only dimension in which we can actually act and build.

The 4th edition of the Porto Design Biennale proposes this shift in perspective, considering time as a shared resource and design as a political tool capable of building fairer, more participatory, and sustainable worlds. It thus imagines a present not as a crisis to be overcome, but as an active space of shared possibilities.

The exhibition TIME IS PRESENT. Designing the Common presents itself as a transdisciplinary laboratory for projects and practices of spatial justice, capable of generating forms of organisation, collaboration, and care oriented towards the shared well-being of living beings and the environment.
