✨MEET THE TEAM: RALF✨

Calm. Positive. Caring and, apparently, occasionally a little too committed to making an entrance. 😂🪜

Meet Ralf, born and raised in Eindhoven and part of the Rodeo family for more than three years now. ❤️🥩

His Rodeo story actually started with his brother, who was already managing the team before Ralf joined. He knew the team, saw the atmosphere, and quickly realised that Rodeo felt like a place where he could see himself working. 👊

Three years later, and we can safely say he made the right choice. ❤️

Ask Ralf what his perfect night at Rodeo looks like and you’ll get a pretty good picture of how he likes to enjoy life: a slow evening, some gamba’s pil pil 🦐, steak tartare 🥩, flank steak 🔥, amazing w**e 🍷 and good company. 🥂 No rush. Just good food, good drinks and good people. ❤️

But what Ralf loves most about Rodeo is the team. ❤️ Even on the busiest nights, everyone works together to make it look effortless for our guests. That positive energy and team spirit make Ralf one of the rising stars of the Rodeo team. 👊🔥

Which brings us to the most important question… 👀
What’s Ralf’s most embarrassing moment at Rodeo? 😂

Technically, it happened at a staff party. There were a few drinks. 🥂 There was a staircase. 🪜 And, unfortunately for Ralf, there was also a camera. 📹😂

Two years later, the footage is apparently still making the rounds. 😂

Some moments become memories. Some become stories.
And some become Rodeo legends. 🔥😂

So here’s to Ralf — keeping things calm on the floor, keeping the team together when it gets busy, and keeping us entertained long after the shift is over. ❤️🥩

Thanks for being part of the Rodeo family, Ralf! ❤️🥩 •

You came for the steak, but stayed for the chef’s attitude 😂🥩

Introducing our very opinionated chef 💅🏾👨‍🍳
A little sassy, a little dramatic, and somehow… still our favourite. 😂❤️

No one loves him more than we do — but we’re hoping you’ll fall in love with him too. 🫶🏾

Come for the steak.Stay for the entertainment.😉🥩 •
