MEET “PÃO DE QUEIJO🧀”, the “cheese bread” that is one of the main accompaniments to Brazilian coffee☕️. It emerged in the 18th century with the expansion of farms in Minas Gerais, Brazil, initially as an aperitif for special occasions, when visitors were received. When guests arrived at home, the host would make “pão de queijo” while chatting. It came out of the oven warm to drink with a cup of coffee. Now, this traditional Brazilian recipe is in the Netherlands: there’s warm cheese bread in the Bossa Nova Coffee mobile every day. Have you tried our cheese bread?😃 🧀

O pão de queijo é um dos principais acompanhantes do cafezinho brasileiro. Surgiu no século XVIII com a expansão das fazendas em Minas Gerais, inicialmente como um aperitivo para ocasiões especiais, em que se recebia visitas. Quando chegava visita em casa, o anfitrião fazia pão de queijo enquanto conversava. Saía do forno quentinho para tomar com cafezinho mineiro☕️ .
