We were happy to join again this year for its 20th anniversary!🌸
It was amazing to see so many people stopping by our booth.
Preparing sushi for four days in a row was tough😅
but we're so grateful for everyone who came and supported us.

Last month, I held a sushi masterclass in Cape Town, South Africa🇿🇦🍣
I asked all the participants to plate make sushi on the spot-and I was seriously impressed by how skilled they were!

It was my first time working in Africa, and it turned out to be a truly great experience✨

先月、南アフリカのケープタウンにて寿司マスタークラスを行ってきました😉

参加者全員に急遽お寿司を盛ってもらいましたが、スキルが高くて驚きました！

初めてのアフリカ出張でしたがとても良い経験になりました😂🌍

I had the pleasure of hosting Japanese food seminars in Mallorca and Malaga, Spain!🇪🇦🍤

We did live demonstrations of sushi, izakaya-style dishes, and tempura, and also explored umami through dashi tasting.

I truly hope the experience provided some inspiration and new ideas for everyone's cooking and menu development.🙌
