We created various assignments and multiple tasks to prepare her for the world championships ahead in Chicago.

This reshaping of our framework gives each coffee a unique color and feel 🤏🏼.

Daily (green)
Reliable and balanced, these coffees are sustainably sourced for everyday use, ensuring a consistent flavor to kickstart your day.

Microlot (orange)
These carefully selected lots are limited editions that reveal unique flavors and distinctive characteristics, showcasing the diversity of coffee.

Exceptional (purple)
Representing the pinnacle of quality, these sourced coffees come from exclusive partnerships and embody clarity of flavor in each cup.

This coffee is excellent for anything espresso-based. This morning, we poured some fresh steamed milk over it, as the naturally processed coffee allows for a great pairing, adding layers of sweet chocolate and various berries.

Big boy shoutout to our hero .gil!

He managed to secure the win at the Dutch Brewers Cup. And besides him being a part of our crew, he’s now the national champion 👊🏼.

Meaning he’ll represent the Netherlands on the world stage, next April in Chicago.

Massive props to all competitors, judges, SCA members and sponsors. It was a joy to watch.

We can’t wait to see what’s next!
