Our lunch menu is now packed with sandwiches that will get you through the rest of your day without a problem. But one of our favorites? Definitely ✨The Ciabatta Steak Tartare✨.

Classically prepared beef tartare with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cornichons and capers. Finished with a perfectly poached egg, fresh rocket, Parmesan cheese and truffle on crispy ciabatta. Not your average lunch sandwich!

For 12 years straight, four friends tested burgers all across Amsterdam. And somewhere between all those places, they found us. 🍔 And damn, there are a lot of burgers in Amsterdam. Like really… A LOT!

So seeing Ter Marsch & Co mentioned in Het Parool’s ranking after the burgerlovers tested 100 different burgers over the years honestly means a lot to us.
