Episode 8 of the Rotterdam Roaster Series: Jelle, of .coffee is with us again talking about his roasting philosophy and introducing Fontana, a Natural Blend from Brazil. This coffee is a customer favourite in cappuccinos and lattes because of the low acidity and creamy chocolate flavour profile, and for that reason it's on the "comfort zone" section of our coffee menu. We're thrilled to be working with , the hottest new coffee roastery in Rotterdam. We've been impressed by the balance of elegance and boldness in the coffees we've tasted on the V60. The Mellow Gem is a favourite of our baristas. We have some of their coffees on our shelves and at the coffee bar - Come try them out!
