What will you do?
As an Asian Chef specializing in the Indian, Pakistani, and Afghan cuisines, you'll bring the magic of these culinary traditions to life. Your responsibilities include:
🍛 Preparing and cooking authentic appetizers, main courses, and side dishes following traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
🍽️ Creating and developing new dishes while preserving their authenticity and quality.
🎨 Ensuring beautiful presentation and plating of dishes.
🤝 Collaborating with our team to maintain a smooth working environment and uphold the highest food quality and hygiene standards.
🌏 Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the Asian culinary world.
What do we expect from you?
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Asian Chef, preferably specializing in Indian, Pakistani, and Afghan cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of the specific spices, herbs, and cooking techniques from these cuisines.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop new dishes and enhance existing recipes.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
