De Vigna Rocca is terug van weggeweest!

Deze Albana Secco met een maceratie van twee weken heeft een geweldige oranje kleur en aangename structuur. In de neus zijn aroma’s van rijpe steenvruchten, pomelo, honing en bloemen te vinden. Bij de eerste slok worden de indrukken van een zoete Albana direct overlopen door mineralen en een elegante droge afdronk.

Wij zijn vanaf 9 februari elke zondag open voor lunch tussen 12.00 en 16.00!

Zoals veel van onze gasten vast al weten komt Giacomo uit Noord Italië waar hij op zondagmiddag altijd huisgemaakte pasta van zijn grootmoeder kreeg. Voor ons thuis is zondag nog steeds de ideale dag voor familie, vrienden en pasta en dit willen we graag met onze gasten delen!

Naast de weekelijkse huisgemaakte pastagerechten bieden we ook ons a la carte menu aan!

We got a new dessert wine on the wine list this week!

Saint Albert from the Southwest of France. This beautiful blend has notes of stone fruits, honey and a hint of acidity to elevate it’s long and full finish.
