Williamsburg - Oslo

Williamsburg - Oslo American inspired restaurant with an incredible interior, food & drink menu & DJs every weekend. The kebab is privileged. We make everything from scratch.

Born into this world with exceptionally good looks, the kebab is a simple composition of yummy ingredients. It is easy to serve, easy to make…dammit, it even smells good! In Norway, we have been flirting with this Turkish delight since the 50’s. Today it can be found on the menu in most fast-food joints around the country. “The Bab” has proven to be seductive even when the ingredients are of vary

ing quality, but what happens when we decide to spoil it? In our kitchen, we do not ask what the ‘bab can do for US, but what WE can do for the ‘bab. First-class meats are seasoned and fried to perfection on vertically rotating skewers while our baker "nerds" with the dough to serve you the kebab of your life in a hand baked warm pita. Our signature Bab is a classic Döner, but we also allow ourselves to get creative: deer, lamb or entrecôte in harmony with heavenly sauce and vegetables from near and far takes the Bab into uncharted territories of yumminess and nom. Our food changes with the seasons, and even though we are folksy and down to earth people, our ‘in the clouds’ goal is to always have Norway's best kebab on the menu.
