Meet Joanna, our newest addition to both the kitchen and Front of House! 👋

Originally from Poland, Joanna studied music - she sings and plays piano, double bass, and guitar. 🎶 She also has a background from military school, adding discipline and determination to her many talents.

In her spare time, she loves getting lost in a good book and is currently training for her triathlon debut this June. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

With a real passion for food and cooking, she’s a perfect fit for our team. We’re excited to have her on board! 👩‍🍳✨
