Arrived in Bardus wanting to work part time for a “little while”, not knowing how to carry a plate and not knowing the difference between a beer and a glass of wine😅 working with shoes that made more noise that fireworks on NYE, dropping food in the weirdest places possible, having the “best” first staff party possible 😉

Fast forward 4 years and we have one of the best workers/humans that have ever passed by the house of Bardus!
More than a worker, we got a friend💛

Thank you Emmanuelle for giving all of you to Bardus🤩
We look forward to follow the great future that is around the corner for you!

PS: Today is her last shift, come and give her a hug 🥰

The season has been amazing and that took us a bit away from social media 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just assuring you, the yellow house is still serving reindeer and cod at full speed and the black house keeps shacking and stirring like life depends on it😅 Thank you for keeping us on the run 💛🖤

Bardus Team is now on a well deserved break 🎄 we will be back on the 27th of December from 4 pm 🧑🏼‍🎄 Until then we wish you all a lovely Christmas and a big thank you to all the guests that has been with us so far this year and a huge thank you to all the team that makes everything happen 🥰🤩 God Jul ❤️💚

𝕎𝕖 𝕒𝕣𝕖 𝕔𝕝𝕠𝕤𝕖𝕕 ! After some hectic first months of 2024, for which are very grateful but deserve a nice rest, Bardus will be closed for some days 💛

The bar will reopen on April 2nd and the bistro on April 10th - until then the Bardus team will be sleeping, travelling for some sun ☀️ and foreign inspiration, and catching up on some reading (we haven’t read all the books that decorate our cosy place yet…).

See you in a week or two (with a new menu in the bistro and our winemakers dinner on the 13th!) and, until then, have a good Easter ! Thank you 💛
