Eat mostly raw plants and forget about diets. :)) !! 🍎💪🌿 Examples of raw plants include leafy greens, fresh fruits and vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, sprouted foods (e.g., sprouted grains, beans, and seeds), fresh herbs, naturally dehydrated fruits and veggies, fresh juice and smoothies, and even uncooked whole grains (e.g., muesli and overnight oats). Keep in mind, I said "mostly," not exclusively. :)) You can still consume minimally processed cooked foods (as well as the occasional processed food); however, I would recommend limiting these foods to less than 30% of total energy intake. xo, Dana 😘🌿
