In 1988, a Neapolitan woman landed in Kathmandu with a dream she did not yet know she had. Seven years later, on January 10, 1995, she opened the doors of Fire And Ice for the first time, eight pizzas on the menu and hands that would not stop shaking.
Thirty one years later, the oven is still hot. 🍕
