Lamb Bam, Thank You Jam

From paddock to plate, our Canterbury Lumina Lamb is slow-roasted until tender, then layered with house-made McClure's chimichurri, creamy provolone cheese, whipped confit garlic ricotta, caramelised fig jam, McClure's Sweet n' Spicy Pickles and crispy Kumara Crisps, pressed between slices of Harvey Bakehouse Dark Rye. This Toastie is rich, savoury, sweet, tangy and full of flavour.
