Our tteokbokki has been through a journey.
At first, we tried so hard to make it “fancy.”
Add this, tweak that…
Every time we messed with it, it just didn’t hit the spot.

Turns out the best version was the one we started with:
the original.

That actually shaped our whole new menu.
Stop overthinking.
Keep the good stuff simple.
Let flavour do the work.

Tteokbokki isn’t meant to be “special.”
It’s everyday Korean street food.
But maybe that’s why it is special.
Zero gimmicks. Pure comfort.
A bowl that understands the assignment.

Sometimes the most normal thing on the table ends up stealing the show.
