🍫 Classic French Chocolate Tart – $70
A dream for chocolate lovers—layers of rich dark chocolate ganache and silky chocolate mousse, resting on almond frangipane and finished with a caramel milk chocolate garnish.
🍮 French Canelé – $28 (6 pieces)
Baked to perfection in copper molds, these golden canelés have a crisp, caramelized exterior and a soft, custardy center infused with vanilla and a touch of rum. Irresistibly elegant.
Each tart is 8 inches (approx. 800g–850g)—ideal for birthdays, brunches, or a luxurious weekend treat.
