Introducing one of our favourite menu snacks: Salt & Vinegar Oyster Mushrooms.

We begin by carefully selecting the freshest oyster mushrooms from our trusted local supplier, in Mangawhai. Each mushroom is hand-coated with our gluten-free batter, ensuring a perfect crispy texture when fried to perfection before seasoning with our vinegar and salt spice mix.
