We know times are a bit tough lately with rising costs affecting everyone. As a new small business owner, I feel it too. But honestly? Every time you visit, enjoy our food, and share a smile with me, all those worries disappear.

Happy Easter 🐣

Good morning from Cafe Blue Whale!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of working with the DoorDash team to photograph some of our menu items. We also shared food and drinks with a few of our neighbors, which truly brought me so much joy.

Lately, I’ve been hearing so many kind words about how the café feels more beautiful, warmer, and more welcoming—and your encouragement fills my heart with gratitude.

Global issue and financial difficulty have certainly impacted my business, but I know I’m not alone. During times like these, I hope we can continue to smile, support one another, and get through it together. I sincerely hope that my smile and service can bring even a small bit of comfort to your day.

We will be open on Easter Monday! It’s been a while since we’ve had a holiday like this—do you have any special plans? Whatever they may be, I pray that your day is filled with happiness.

It’s gotten quite chilly today, hasn’t it? And the rain has started… The forecast says we’re in for a few days of heavy rain and strong winds, which isn’t exactly comforting. I truly hope everyone stays safe, warm, and well.

Finally! I’ve organised all our loyalty cards in alphabetical order.
But to me, these cards mean more than just stamps and a free coffee.

Every morning, I take a moment to pray for the names written on those cards.
