We may have missed Samoan Language Week, but celebrating the people behind Angus doesn’t need to be limited to one week of the year ♥️

Today we’re introducing two of our team members, John (who you are very familiar with seeing on your screens now) and Lily, who are sharing a little of their language and culture with us while talking about some of the premium proteins we serve every day

At Angus, we’re proud of the people behind the grill just as much as the food that comes out of the kitchen. We hope you enjoy learning something new alongside us

This morning, we spent some time with John as he prepared our house-made red wine jus and peppercorn sauce, both made from scratch right here in our kitchen

From careful preparation to hours of simmering and reducing, there’s a lot of time, patience, and skill that goes into creating the flavours our guests know and love

It’s one of the many ways our team works behind the scenes every day to make sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is something special
