My name is Gleber Chaparro, I'm from Brazil. For a few years I have been travelling and working as a chef in Europe and major New Zealand restaurants such as Depot, The Sugar Club, Amano and Lilian. My focus has always been to do my best and to learn as much as I can from every chef I've worked with. I believe it is now the time to step up and use all this experience to present my perception of Latin American and Brazilian cuisine here in Auckland. I hope to be able to put together my memories with the techniques I have been learning over the years in the form of flavors, colors and textures.
It is an honor to share my roots and experiences in this new project
