Less than 24 hours till we officially touch down in Melbourne! ✈️🇦🇺
Our very first international pop-up. Here are the final details you need to know 👇
📍Sneakerlaundry Lab, Melbourne CBD
When: Saturday, 21st February
Time: 9:30am until SOLD OUT (Come early!)
All cheesecakes will be sold in 1/4 cake slices (cut from our 6 inch cakes). They are dense and rich - we recommend sharing between two… or not, we don’t judge 🙈
Flavours:
✨Original: A classic you cannot go wrong with.
💜 Ube: Our NZ best-seller.
🍂 Hojicha: Earthy, nutty, highly recommended for tea lovers.
🧃Matcha Yakult: The Sneakerlaundry collab flavor you have to try.
🍪We’re also bringing our Mochi-Filled Burnt Butter Choc Chunk Cookies. These were our first-ever product developed at Fankery… imagine slightly crispy edges, buttery crumbly cookie dough encasing a chewy mochi centre!
✨ The first 50 members to visit get a free mini mochi cookie with any purchase!
Our recommendation: Mochi is best enjoyed fresh. Eat it on the day or within 2 days (and reheat those cookies for that mochi pull!).
This is our first ever international pop-up and it still feels surreal typing that.
Because of limited resources, it’ll just be my sister and I baking in Melbourne. That means everything will be made fresh in a commercial kitchen we’ve rented, but it also means our volume is limited. We’ll be working around the clock to make as much as we physically can… but once we sell out, that’s it.
So if you’re planning to come, I highly recommend coming early 🤍
I am equal parts nervous and excited. Taking Fankery overseas is something I never would’ve imagined when I first started baking in my parents kitchen, but here we are now 🥹
