Quick update from the kitchen 👀

Over a while now, we’ve been quietly testing lots of flavours these between everything else - experimenting, adjustments, and late-night tasting.

Cheesecakes are on our next agenda: Cookies & Cream and Biscoff - two flavours we’ve always liked.

Cookies & Cream Cheesecake. Oreo cheesecake, chocolate sponge, smooth ganache 🍫 Rich, familiar, and effortlessly moreish.

Biscoff Mango Cheesecake. Biscoff cheesecake, mango yoghurt jelly, soft egg free vanilla cake 🥭 Light, fresh, and quietly balanced.

Both now ready from today and with more to come ✨

Rockmelon Pomelo Coconut Sago 🍈🧧

For Lunar New Year, we always think about balance.
After the richness of reunion dinners, the noise, the laughter, the full tables 🍽️ - there’s often a moment where everyone wants something lighter. Something refreshing. Something that lets the celebration linger a little longer.

This cake came from that moment ✨

We chose rockmelon for its clean, cooling sweetness - gentle, familiar, and quietly uplifting. Paired with coconut mousse 🥥, soft vanilla sponge 🍰, and finished with coconut sago and pomelo, it’s designed to feel calm and comforting rather than bold or heavy.

It’s not meant to replace tradition.
It’s meant to sit alongside it - a fresh option for the table, something new to share as the year turns 🧧 and conversations slow.

Lunar New Year is rarely rushed.
It’s a long table, full plates, and lingering conversations.

This Lunar New Year, for the Year of the Horse, we wanted to create cakes that feel like movement forward - light, grounded, and quietly bold. Flavours that sit comfortably in the middle of a big gathering, where everyone comes back for a second slice.

🍈 Rockmelon Pomelo Coconut Sago
A gentle layering of coconut mousse, rockmelon jelly, and vanilla sponge, finished with coconut sago and pomelo. Refreshing and clean, the kind of cake that balances out a full table of dishes.

🖤 Sesame Peanut Mochi
Toasty sesame mousse with sesame sponge, soft chewy mochi with a layer of slightly salted peanut butter. Comforting, familiar, and deeply satisfying - especially with tea and conversation.

Two new flavours inspired by Asian desserts we love eating at home, reimagined the Memo way.
Made for sharing, gifting, and bringing to the table when you’re not quite sure what to bring - but you know cake will always be right.

She’s back! Just in time for Valentine’s Day 💗

After a lot of request, Lychee Strawberry is officially returning to the Memo menu. A familiar favourite, reintroduced with a romantic twist.

This time, it’s extra special - because alongside our medium and large sizes, we’re also releasing a small size with a special Valentine’s design. Sweet, thoughtful, and very Memo.

✨ Valentine’s design is pre-order only and available from 12 February onwards.

✨ Happy New Year from Memo ✨

As we step into a fresh year, we just want to say thank you — for the love, the support, and for making our little kitchen feel so full of love.

A small heads-up as we reset for what’s ahead:
We’ll be closing from 5 – 16 January while we give our kitchen a much-needed upgrade. It’s all about creating a better space so we can keep making the things you love, even better.

There’s a chance we may reopen a little earlier than 16 Jan, so keep an eye on this space - we’ll let you know as soon as the ovens are back on ❤️

In the meantime, we’ll be sharing little peeks of what’s happening behind the scenes as our kitchen comes together ✨

This is what comes next. Lemon mascarpone mousse layered with ladyfingers soaked in limoncello, triple sec and aperol, softened by vanilla sponge.

As we wrap up 2025 (and power through those last slices of cake), here are our special holiday hours to keep things easy:

🎄 25 Dec & 1 Jan: Closed
🎁 26 Dec – 5 Jan (excluding 1 Jan):
• Pickup: 8am–3pm & 6pm–8:30pm
• Delivery: 10am–2pm

And a little exciting news to start 2026…
We’ll be closed from 6 Jan to 16 Jan for a full kitchen upgrade! 🛠️
Think of it as our New Year glow-up - ready to reopen fresh on 17 Jan.

If Christmas had a “cool cousin,” it would be our Strawberry Blueberry Yoghurt. 🍓🫐

This one doesn’t turn up in a woolly jumper or sing carols off-key. It arrives in sunglasses, carrying a chilly bin, fully ready for a sunny backyard Christmas. 😎

The smooth strawberry yoghurt mousse with strawberry jelly with blueberries, adding the pops of colour - the loud laugh, the fun energy, the bit of sparkle every celebration needs.

Over the past few days, we’ve been introducing our Christmas flavours one by one - each cake stepping forward to say hello for the season.

And now that everyone’s had their moment in the spotlight, here they are together at last - our full 2025 Christmas Collection.
