Got an large order for a customer worth NZD350, was so excited but Uber Eats sent a delivery person with an E scooter, we advised her to cancel the order and she said she don't know how, and walked away, called the Uber Eats support centre and they said they can't send a new delivery person as the 1st delivery person still have the orders on her system. They canceled the order on behalf, and said to clarified to the customer by calling them. This is very frustrating and disappointing as we are super excited for our customers to try our food! Althought this is not our fault but . We are sorry for this let down.
