The best part of the day, after work drinks at Prego.

Here is how we build a Boulevardier, the bittersweet whiskey classic that was made for the end of a long day.

45ml bourbon (or rye)
30ml Campari
30ml sweet vermouth

Stir over ice until properly cold, strain over one big cube, finish with an orange twist. Prefer it a little gentler? Pour it equal parts. Either way it is warm, bitter and grown up, and exactly what 5 o'clock ordered.
