The OG. Where it all began 25 years ago ...

The name's a nod to 007 — coined many years ago, back when roasters crammed as many origins as possible into a blend. We stopped at seven. Hence "7." The "AA" comes from our Kenyan coffee — AA being the bean's size grade (the top tier, above AB and PB). It's the hero of this blend. These days we've streamlined to five origins and evolved the roast profile alongside changing tastes, but that standout AA bean is still front and centre.
