Forest Restaurant We are a small vegetarian restaurant located at 177 Symonds Street, Eden Terrace.

We serve a 3 course set menu which changes weekly, based on seasonality and what we have preserved. We’re open from 6pm, Wednesday to Saturday, and prefer bookings because they help us prepare just the right amount of food. We believe that we have a responsibility to run our restaurant in a way that is respectful of our environment. As a means to lessen the impact we have on our climate, we source

the majority of our ingredients as locally as possible, and aim to create as little waste as we can.
