Burger Month has arrived at Ethereal Restaurant, featuring three chef-inspired burgers from Hilton. All in one place, all October long.

🔥 Sammy Mac – a bold double smash with Western cheddar, house pickles, onion and Samuel’s signature sauce, stacked inside a toasted potato bun.
🌱 Aloo Tikki – a spiced potato, chickpea and green pea patty, layered with tamarind chutney, mint mayo and a touch of Sriracha for the perfect sweet-heat hit.
🌶 Rosie’s K-Burger – Korean-style double-fried chicken thigh, Asian slaw, cucumber namul and gochujang mayo bringing the crunch and the kick.
All burgers come with fries. Best paired with an ice-cold Coke. 🥤
