The Brulee Bike At The Brulee Bike we believe that the crème brulee is the best dessert on earth. Our chef Oliver was born in England so of course he is biased.

It is such a great dessert that the French, English and Spanish have all claimed it as their own. But even Oliver will concede that Crème Brulee sounds a lot better than burnt cream. National rivalry aside, Oliver has created the best selection of brulees this side of the globe.

Hey Brulee friends, we want to thank everyone for your support over the years. Sorry we’ve been quiet on the Brulee front for a while.

However I wanted to let you know what we’re up to now. I’ve created a coffee cart in an old horse float called The Nag’s Head with my friend Dani.

If you are in west Auckland come and see us at 434 West Coast Rd, Glen Eden. We might even make you a Brulee coffee!
