With the largest amount of Pacific Isladers in the world present within New Zealand, so many either know very little to nothing about their culture or miss the feelings of the homeland. Manaia is the vision of 4 friends from Marcellin College in Auckland to promote our Pacific heritage through our authentic and traditional cuisine. Through this we hope to bring a taste of home into the homes of Ne
