Sorry, but one more appreciation post for everyone who helped make last Saturday happen.

It’s pretty wild watching a random idea go from a passing conversation to a room full of people, racks of clothes, and genuine community feels.

We’re already getting asked when the next one is. We’re tossing up between late August and early November for the next market. Which would you choose? Or should we just do both?

With greyhound racing in New Zealand coming to an end, many retired racing dogs will be starting the next chapter of their lives and looking for homes, foster families, and support.

We’re excited to be hosting a Pat & Chat morning with Greyhounds As Pets at Stone Oven. Come meet some wonderful greyhounds, learn about adoption and fostering, and hear more about the work being done to help these dogs settle into life beyond the track.

Whether you’re curious about the breed, considering adoption, or just keen to enjoy a coffee and meet some very handsome dogs, we’d love to see you there. 🐾

What a day 👀

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the very first **Devonport Thrift Market** — and an even bigger thank you to our incredible vendors who filled Stone Oven with vintage finds, handmade goods, ceramics, colour, creativity and good energy all afternoon.

The café was buzzing, the racks were busy, and it was pretty special seeing so many people hanging out, browsing and supporting local small businesses.

**So... reckon we should do another one? 👀**

Haha wut?

Last year we went viral on the Chinese social media app Rednote. Chinese influencers showed up almost daily for photoshoots. It peaked when this couple basically made an advert for us. Seems to have petered off now though.
