Tuesday to Saturday: 3pm to 9pm (At least)
Sunday: 10am to 9pm (At least)

To anyone coming in tonight:

It's cold out and so we've made the executive decision not to open our front windows. You'll need to push the door to enter.

The pay off is totally worth it though! No freezing bits off. Just warmth and comfort.

The cabinet is full!

Cocadas, creme brulee, lemon drizzle cake, ginger kisses, chocolate brownies, chocolate mud cake, pie de limon, kuchen, cinnamon buns, carrot cake and fritata! (Oh my).

We're finally open! (A bit late as I was fully focused on getting this out):

I had a special request a couple of days ago: Put on a high tea, make it pretty, it must have a full keto menu in amongst it all and play Cliff Richard music.

This is what I managed to pull off. It's meringues, chocolate brownies and coconut macaroons on the top layer. On the middle layer are keto blueberry muffins and pikelets. On the bottom layer are cucumber sandwiches and egg salad sandwiches. Around the tower is a keto creme brulee and chocolate mousse (and a few extras like mascarpone and berry composte), fritata (I know I know. No hot things for high tea but I ran out of time so it's still steaming hot), some egg salad and I added some cinnamon buns.

I did miss doing one thing: Ginger kisses. But given the time frame, I think it came together pretty well.
