Polina has created culinary sensations at Delishimo for a couple of years and most recently, she has focused her cookery skills on her childhood obsession - baking.
She started her career in hospitality when she was 18 and this year, completed a Diploma in Patisserie at AUT.
When Polina was young she enjoyed the intricacies of baking multi-layed cakes such as Napolean cake and Russian honey cake but they are extremely time consuming.
"At Delishimo I am enjoying the freedom to explore my passion and I love the opportunity to be innovative. Of course, I bake to order for customers, too."
