You’ll find us right in the heart of the North Shore, based at Inga Road in the Milford Marina carpark, starting 2 June! 🌊🌯

We’re so excited to have a place to call home and can’t wait to welcome you all.

What is Kofta?⁉️

This is easily one of the most common questions we get, so, what is Kofta?

Kofta is a Turkish-style “meatball,” made from a blend of beef and lamb mince, combined with fragrant Mediterranean spices and a few extra top secret touches 😉

Our recipe is one I developed myself, inspired by my mother’s cooking, meatballs that fed me, my three siblings, and eventually all the grandchildren for decades.

I’ve taken those traditional flavours and fused them with my own culinary experience to create something that feels both authentic and personal. Every kofta is carefully measured, rolled, and hand-shaped into patties.

And the best way to enjoy it? In my opinion: in soft Turkish bread, with plenty of red onion salad. 🍽️
