✅Chef Special : Chungmu Kimbap 충무김밥

It is originating the coastal city of Tongyeong, formerly known as Chungmu, in South Korea.
Unlike traditional kimbap, Chungmu kimbap is much simpler and minimalist.
We created our own version of this, which has spicy fermented squid with rice rolls wrapped in seaweed crisps.
